The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Marketing team to assist with the development and execution of various marketing campaigns and programs throughout the year.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
•Work with the Marketing Specialists and Marketing team to assist with planning and implementing acquisition/awareness based marketing programs.<br />
•Assist in the preparation of campaign and creative briefs as well as other internal planning documents.<br />
•Monitor and administrate the entire campaign process to ensure all projects are completed on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.<br />
•Create and monitor JIRA issues (online docket/project management software) for all projects and project components.<br />
•Prepare, maintain and present weekly status reports for all projects.<br />
•Liaise with external suppliers (Design, Production, PR, Events, etc.) and internal stakeholders (Business Management, Development, QA, Marketing, SEO, Editorial, Affiliate Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth rollouts of all projects.<br />
•Assist in the preparation summary reports and post-campaign analysis of all projects.<br />
•Conduct competitive analysis and market research.<br />
•Work on marketing special projects as required.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
•Experience with an advertising agency or similar marketing department; category/product experience.<br />
•Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail are a must.<br />
•Team player and independent worker.<br />
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are a must – the ability to articulate an idea is essential for success.<br />
•Experience with the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and a general comfort level with numbers.<br />
•Strong team player with great interpersonal skills.<br />
•A passion for communications, advertising and media – both online and traditional – and a strong desire to learn.</p>

<p>We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist.</p>
<p>Reporting to the SEO Manager, the Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for implementing and deploying SEO strategies. He/she will work with the Search Engine Marketing Team, under the guidance of the SEO Manager, to implement search strategies and track the effectiveness of new and existing campaigns.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have strong analytic capabilities with specific knowledge of SEO/SEM and online marketing analytics. The SEO Specialist is expected to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; assigned analytic projects; and produce independent analysis to help search engine strategy execution.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
•Execute SEO technical analysis and evaluations.<br />
•Define and measure SEO metrics &#038; key performance indicators.<br />
•Carry out Search Engine Optimization site implementations.<br />
•Research and resolve possible HTML code, content, (internal and external) link architecture and navigation issues.<br />
•Analyze competitor and other industry websites aimed at identifying improvement opportunities.<br />
•Assess proposed solutions for effective traffic building directives.<br />
•Monitor, measure, and track search metrics, including trend analysis.<br />
•Perform detailed program reporting, analyzing trends and developing ‘actionable’ insights for the search programs on a weekly/monthly basis.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
•University educated, preferably Computer Science or Marketing/Communications degree.<br />
•Minimum two to three years experience search optimization projects, including concrete examples of large scale production work and execution.<br />
•Demonstrated experience executing proactive campaign-level optimization that anticipates both the search engine and Internet user.<br />
•Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.<br />
•Creative-thinker with excellent interpersonal, team, organization, and communication skills.<br />
•Sound judgment and professionalism when corresponding with partners, managers and team members.<br />
•Proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.<br />
•Optimization experience in competitive online categories (preference given to online gaming and entertainment industries).<br />
•Superior understanding of organic SEO techniques and search engine market best practices/guidelines.<br />
•Website information architecture and layout design experience.<br />
•Ability to execute programs given the multidisciplinary nature of optimization programs.<br />
•Deadline driven, passionate, determined to succeed and stay on top of a rapidly changing industry.<br />
•Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.<br />
•Able to analyze metric data and convey/report observations and recommendations appropriately to Manager.<br />
•Superior proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<br />
•HTML &#038; CSS experience considered is desirable.<br />
•Complex link building experience is an asset.</p>

<p>The Senior Graphic Designer takes a dynamic part in leading the creation of cross-channel campaigns which includes advertising, social media, print collateral and digital marketing. The successful candidate will work and report directly to the Senior Art Director.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
•Be responsible for the design of advertising campaigns which includes logos, banners, micro-sites, email templates, print, motion video, user interfaces and more.<br />
•Handle a full range of concurrent design projects across various clients, deadlines and teams; communication and time-management skills are critical.<br />
•Possess maximum attention to detail and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced creative environment.<br />
•Oversee a group of contributing designers and freelancers working in the studio and off-site; team-management experience is preferred.<br />
•Have an in-depth understanding of the current competitive marketplace, design industry trends and the capacity for using this knowledge to develop strong creative solutions.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
•Minimum of five to seven years experience with an ad agency or design studio or similar role/environment.<br />
•University/College diploma in design/creative.<br />
•Excellent English communications skills.<br />
•Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.<br />
•Superb problem-solving skills.<br />
•Sense of urgency, commitment to quality and the ability to consistently think at a strategic level.<br />
•Expert use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, etc. with a clear understanding of Web production.<br />
•Ability to communicate problems/issues clearly with production, graphic, marketing and technical personnel.<br />
•Ability to inspire and evangelize internal staff and outside clients/vendors.<br />
•Ability to delegate and effectively leverage the strength of the team.<br />
•Strong use of Typography, color theory, as it relates to advertising and web-design.<br />
